Fixed ongoing coverage problems on shared services TRS with “Water Tower oDAS”, an outdoor DAS, custom designed to cover the problem areas, for a small fraction of the cost of a new site. Overcame isolation and interference issues from collocated cellular and FirstNet sites. Problem solved.

Generator Alarms Required On-Site Visits to Reset

When a generator alarm occurred the generator controller required being switched from AUTO to OFF and back to AUTO again to clear the alarm. Developed circuitry to simulate the switch position changing via a SiteWatch+ onboard relay, remotely operated from SitePortal, including alarming when OFF. Problem solved.

Called in to trace source of intermittent interference in right field area, which was bad when it happened. Using direction finding traced problem to visitor’s bullpen area and identified pitch speed radar gun causing out of band interference. Contacted radar gun manufacturer, defective radar gun replaced. Problem solved.
