SiteWatch+™ is a high quality, high performance, cost- effective RTU. It offers remote monitoring, alarming and connectivity for contact closure alarms devices, environmental sensors, and other site devices. The SiteWatch+™ is a flexible solution for the management and security of remote sites. Each of its fully isolated digital inputs, with individually programmable contact wetting voltage sources and support for both wet and dry contacts, handle a wide range of contact closure monitoring needs while avoiding ground loops and other grounding problems that plague other devices.
The dual, high precision analog inputs with multiple programmable modes can handle up to 60 VDC and are fully isolated to cover both negative and positive voltage measurements. The same inputs offer 4 – 20 mA current mode and accurate temperature measurements of both environments and equipment using NTC thermistors. These analog modes are selectable for each analog input for maximum flexibility.
Additional communications capabilities include onboard RS-232, RS-485 and 1-wire support.
The SiteWatch+™ supports multiple ways to provide its data to monitoring systems including SNMP polling and low-latency trap support to make sure you have the latest information on the status of your monitored sites, systems, and devices. SiteWatch+™ features onboard alarm detection and processing capabilities to instantly detect alarm conditions and send trap information to the monitoring system. Its DC isolated power supply works equally well with either negative or positive ground power, providing the flexibility to monitor devices powered by either grounding standards.
